So much for Spring.

It has been quite a while since I last posted. Not much has happened aside from a ton a snow and freezing cold temperatures. However, I did get a new camera. The day I got it, it was nice and sunny, but I didn't have time to take any pictures. The last few days, when I have a decent amount of time to take pictures, it's raining and windy. Not cool. Anyway, here are a few pics I could muster up from just messing around.

This little guy protects my phone.
Yum. One of my favorite soft drinks here, cider.

Across the street from my place.
Another across the street shot.
On the way to the market.
Next to my apartment section, there is a man who makes stone animals, and other assorted things.

I like cats.

Hopefully I will be able to take some awesome new pictures, and get better at taking them.
See you then.

TOKYO

A picture of the bullet train sign, my departure was at 12:10.

Just a sign in Niigata station, where I caught the train.

A cute little chair, just a tad too small.

Right outside one of the Shinjuku station exits. The fishlike building is a school.

Tokyo tower. From afar.

Somewehre in Tokyo, I forgot.

None of these in my neck of the woods.

GAP in Harajuku.

China town in Yokohama.

I think this is the Minato Mirai tower, not sure on the name.

While looking for Yoyogi park on a Sunday afternoon, I came across Meiji Jingu.

Yoyogi station.

Shinjuku at night.

Ueno really surprised me, by size and awesomeness.

Ueno park was also huge and beautiful.

Should have brought some bread with me.

At first I thought there was another park, but this is all park of Ueno park.

Some little shrines and things were also in the park.

As well as a zoo. Ueno zoo, I didn't go in though.

Onoden in Akihabara, this place has a cool jingle.

Ikebukuro, very city like, I wanted to find West gate park, but didnt have the time.

This bridge in Ikebukuro looks a little fimiliar.

Some stray cats.

Ikebukuro station.

Tokyo station, it was time to head back, I didn't want to go.

Of course, I walked a bit.

I think this guy knew I was taking a picture, so he made a strange face.
It was a great trip, I really enjoyed it; I saw some really cool places for the first time, and I met some really cool people. Tokyo was sweet.
